Uber Boston is growing like gangbusters and we need some rockstars to join our Community Management team!
If asked to describe yourself, and “creative,” “analytical,” and “hustler” come to mind…chances are you’d be a perfect fit for our team.
When we aren’t doing it up big in other Uber cities, snuggling with Millie (our office dog), or exploring the city of Boston, we’re working tirelessly to spread UberLOVE to the masses. Our team is responsible for growing and inspiring our user base. As a CM, you’ll find yourself:
- Constantly taking the pulse of the city and our riders to find exciting and original ways to get Uber to those who have yet to try it.
- Responding to customer support issues, strengthening your understanding of and empathy for the rider experience.
- Getting involved with all things Boston. We partner with some of coolest businesses, organizations, and events in the city, and you’ll be right in the center of the action!
